[IDV #FGC-183171]: IDV error

Hi Max-

This is Don.  I didn't get up as early as you two (at least I
didn't log on my computer) ;-)

We do not support this netCDF data format since it is a non-standard
way to store the projection information.  Another user was interested
in this same data and contacted the NWS to see if they could use
a standard convention like CF for the data.  The reply was that the
NWS is looking into changing the format, but has not decided
on what to do yet.
