[IDV #EPI-752315]: TJUA lat/lon incorrect

Thanks for pointing this out.  We've got a fix in the test release
(2.6u2).  You can get it at:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idv/release/test

We hope to finalize this and get an official release out in
the next day or so.

You can also use the Data Source properties to set the location
before plotting anything as a workaround.
