[IDV #LZH-339925]: strange IDV behavior with saved bundles and Perspective v iew

Most uses of ISL make use of a bundle, i.e., configure the data, displays and 
views you want in the IDV and save it as  a bundle that is then used by the ISL.

There are a few things you can do directly in the isl like loading in data and 
creating displays:

However, things you can't right now control things like  the wireframe box and 
perspective view. Is this something that would be useful or does the WYSIWIG 
bundle facility provide what you need?
