[IDV #RIN-409337]: ramadda view of bundle list

Hi Bill,
I've just modified RAMADDA to include the thumbnail image urls in the catalog 
it generates.

The IDV has also been changed to show those thumbnail images in the catalog 
chooser.
This will be out in the tomorrow's build.
