[IDV #IUD-712656]: ISL "wait" attribute no longer working?

Oh yeah,
I also added a new show tag that shows the image in a dialog so you can see 
what is going on.
Used like:
  <image file="test.gif">
        <matte top="100" background="blue"/>
        <show message="image"/>
  </image>

Works in the movie tag as well.
