[IDV #IUD-712656]: ISL "wait" attribute no longer working?

Are you doing this in on screen mode? What do you see before and after the 
pause? Was anything rendered?

Is the data you are accessing available on a remote server? If so can you send 
me the bundle you are
loading and I can try to replicate the problem.
