[IDV #RJF-252466]: Dislaying CEDRIC NetCDF

Ok, I am assuming that your 0011.ncml has the corrected time value now, you can 
load them into IDV directly without the second ncml file to aggregate them. 
Just select the type as "Aggrregate Grids by Time", it should work now.
