[IDV #NEE-579250]: What's wrong with my csv file?

Hi,
This is Jeff.

The problem is that the spelling of the wind direction entry in the second line 
(winddir) does not
match the spelling in the first line (windDir). The names are case sensistive. 
Just change winddir to windDir and it should work.
