[IDV #KFK-893164]: problem in installation

This is a problem with the Web Start cache not updating correctly
with the latest version of the IDV.  

You'll need to clear out the older version of IDV from the
cache.  You can do this by starting  the Web Start cache
manager:

Find the IDV in the list of Applications.  Also, click on the
dropdown next to Show: and select Resources.  From the that
list, delete any instances of idvbase.jnlp.
