[IDV #GQR-803317]: issue Text/html in nightly build

For some reason, it's trying to use the URL in a derived quantity.  I don't 
have this
problem on my system, so I'm wondering if there is something defined in your 
derived.xml
in the plugin that is causing this problem.  Can you send me a copy of:

C:\Documents and 
Settings\khan\.metapps\DefaultIdv\plugins\T%3A%5Cvenus%5Cformulas_0.2.jar

and your local derived.xml in:

C:\Documents and Settings\khan\.metapps\DefaultIdv/derived.xml
