[IDV #PXD-297276]: User Guide problem

Hi Tom,
This is fixed now. As to your suggestion - its a good idea. I'll put it on my 
sticky note todo list.

Making a complete list would be daunting. In the docs I tried to show some of 
the commonly user ones. I'll add to them though.
