[Support #EJQ-748977]: how to go stereo for Geowall with IDV

Hi Chris-

You'll need to make sure the main view window (map display) is in
perspective mode.  You can click on the little box button in the
Viewpoint Toolbar, or use the View->Viewpoint->Use Perspective View menu
to set it that way.
