Hi Romain,
This is Jeff (another IDV developer).

Can you run the IDV and go post a support request through the  Help->Support 
Request Form...
menu?

This will include a listing of the different resources that your IDV contains 
including the list of available plugins. This will help us narrow down your 
problem.
