[Support #JPE-481367]: Problem using GEON Plugin

Which version of the IDV did you download?  You need to run
version 2.3 or later.

The GEON-IDV should be available under the Tools->Plugin Manager
menu, then in the Customized IDVs section (you might have
to expand the list to see it) of the dialog.
