[IDV #RZH-211649]: IDV - GFS (in netcdf)

You have some of the other GFS global grids loaded in addition to the
80 km GFS.  With the 80km, it works, but with the others it doesn't.
This is a known bug:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/IDV/docs/userguide/Bugs.html#derivatives

and I hope to finally fix it in the next release.  It's a problem with
the lat/lon global grids.  CONUS grids should work fine.
