[IDV #SHH-415535]: IDV - problem of adding map from shape file

Hi Shuhua,
Unfortunately the IDV only supports shapefiles that have a latitude/longitude 
projection.
Your shapefile is an alaska albers equal area conic projection.

We were actually just discussing this issue yesterday and are intending to 
support other projections in shapefiles but it will be quite some time before 
that work is complete.
