[IDV #CLM-759647]: IDV - error subsetting EUMETSAT GRIB prdcts

This is a problem with the "Space_View_Perspective_or_Orthographic" projection:

The corners of the grid are not on the earth, so lat/lon are NaNs. So our 
bounding box algorithm doesnt work. We will have to rethink how thats done.
