The current version (2.2) of the IDV doesn't support including ximg files with
file locations in them when creating a ZIDV file. In this case, it doesn't
include the png file in the ZIDV file, just the ximg file. But there is also
a problem where the relative paths in the ximg file get expanded and get
used as the location for the bundle, thus the error message you get.
Jeff's working on a fix for this which should be in the next release. The fix
will store local image files in the bundle and set the appropriate path.
For now, a workaround would be to place the png file on a web server and
use that for the url tag in the ximg file.
