In this case, it doesn't include the png file in the ZIDV file, just the ximg file. But there is also a problem where the relative paths in the ximg file get expanded and get used as the location for the bundle, thus the error message you get. Jeff's working on a fix for this which should be in the next release. The fix will store local image files in the bundle and set the appropriate path. For now, a workaround would be to place the png file on a web server and use that for the url tag in the ximg file.
