[IDV #XFZ-781093]: IDV - Unknown key:ARRIBA

We recently encountered this and a fix will be in tomorrow's 
(2007-05-04) nightly build at:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idv/release/nightly

It was a problem when the default localization was not English.
