[IDV #BRA-205711]: IDV - Error

Hi Jason-

Internet Explorer seems to be brain dead on this issue.  Normally,
I would select "All Files", but IE still puts a .txt extension
on it. Be sure to set the Data Source Type to be "NEXRAD Radar Files"
when you load it into the IDV with the Files Chooser.
