[IDV #VCD-426615]: IDV - Under XP the "Color Table" button stopped working and blocks IDV

This is fixed now. There was a problem with the Gempak color tables plugin.
Go ahead and re-install that plugin. 

Also in tomorrows build there will be a change so that the long list
of menu items are broken up into sub-menus.
