[IDV #XSG-769306]: VisAD maximum columns

Hi Brian-

In tomorrow's build (after 10/09Z), the Vis5D adapter will no longer
check on the max size of the columns or rows so that should work
on your large file.  If you'd be willing to test it, you can download
that tomorrow from:
