[IDV #POQ-170303]: IDV - Sick wind fields in Mercator projection

Do you have "Fast Rendering" turned on for that display? Go to the 
Edit->Properties
menu to bring up the Properties dialog. There will be a "Fast Rendering" 
checkbox.

What fast rendering does is to not check/correct the display for when lines 
cross
projection seams, etc.
