[IDV #BIT-780104]: IDV - new charting facility

Hi Stu,

Right now the only data that can be showed with the charting facility
is aircraft track data. (Though images can be shown in the scatter plot
and histogram).


Expanding the use of the charting facility (e.g., for gridded data)
is something we'd like to do. Can you describe what you'd like to see?
