[IDV #BTP-934430]: IDV - java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

Some DEM files can be very large and will blow memory in the IDV.
What type and size a file are you trying to load?

We have made a number of memory/performance improvements lately
with the DEM data that will be out with our next release (which
is hopefully on Wednesday).
