[IDV #ZMJ-485150]: Transect and Level III data

Hi Greg-

The problem is that from the ADDE server, missing values are sent as -9997 and
there is no indication that this is missing data.  So, what you are seeing in 
the
cross section is actually what is in the data.  

Is the icon problem better with the older version of Java 3D?
