[IDV #DSQ-377902]: navigation issue with FY2C ADDE imagery

I think they use the same nav module.

The GMSX nav module is just a java version of the McIDAS nvxgmsx.dlm
FORTRAN code.  There was an update in the latest McIDAS release that
needed to be move over to the Java code and that what the fix was.
I've attached the latest version of the code.

I really don't know the details (and neither did the person who
originally converted to Java according to the javadocs), so if
you have questions, I'm not sure how much help I can be, but don't
be afraid to ask.
