[IDV #KAY-443771]: IDV - Unable to open:http://motherlode.ucar.edu:8080/thredds/idd/models.xml

This seems to be working from our end.  Can you open the URL
"http://motherlode.ucar.edu:8080/thredds/idd/models.xml"; in a web
browser?  Do you have a firewall that is blocking traffic on port
8080?
