I've submitted 2 different IDV Support Request Forms. I've received this error both times from the IDV:

"Moved Permanently
The document has moved here."

I just wanted to make sure you actually received the 2 support requests I submitted.


Hi Dave,
Did you submit the request through the IDV support form or through
the Unidata web site support form?
We have not received either of your requests.
I have just now successfully submitted requests via the IDV and the web site.
