20040504: error downloading IDV from Unidata website (cont.)

I have tried 4 times to download the InstallAnywhere file for 1.0.1.
I have gotten anywhere from 3 MB to 11 MB of the 30 MB file, so
it is a no go.  I am switching to FTPing the file...
