Marco,

Your inability to download Unidata software is due to a failure of 
FTP reverse name lookup, that is, this is a DNS issue on your end.

Here is our log file about your access:

% nslookup 195.62.164.225Name:
   arpa-sia.sia.arpa.emr.it.164.62.195.in-addr.arpa
Address:  195.62.164.225

% nslookup arpa-sia.sia.arpa.emr.it.164.62.195.in-addr.arpa
Non-existent host/domain

When your DNS permits reverse name lookup from Unidata you should be
able to download Unidata software.
