Hi Bill, I drove your inquiry into the IDD department as the reason for the disappearance of the product you are most likely referring to is outside of the IDV. re: > The latest base reflectivity data is from last Friday. True for > current server and a second one. Did I miss a notice ? Last Wednesday, May 5, at approx. 15 UTC the NWS discontinued three "low resolution" radar products: N0R, N0V and N0Z. The impact of this was our inability to create the U.S. national N0R composite both in its GINI and GRIB2 formats. The cessation of creation of the national N0R composite product was announced to the address@hidden email list last Friday. In our announcement we recommended that users switch to use of the higher resolution national DHR composite since the underlying Level 3 DHR product was and still is the one that the NWS creates for their forecast offices.
