Hi, Since things that should never happen are happening on your two machines, we are, to say the least, flummoxed! I am available to do a Meet this afternoon up until about 4:30 MDT. What I would ask for if/when we Meet is: - full listing of all processes running on your machine(s) I think we should start with the machine that we have been talking about so far, and then apply any lesson(s) learned to the other one. - an 'lsof' listing for the user running the LDM - examination of the process(es) that are inserting products into the local LDM queue - anything else that comes to mind Are you available to Meet? I can start a Meet and send you an invitation... please let me know. I think as a first step, we wouldn't need anyone else in the Meet *unless* there is something that needs 'root' privilege and you are not able to do the step(s).
