Matthew Lazarra just sent a note out to the AMRC maintained Antarctic IDD list noting a network problem on the UW campus. Are you seeing problems also? I have proposed to Mike that we turn off our GRB ingest from SSEC fanout services until the networking issue(s) are resolved at UW. The ups and downs in the feeds we have been getting are the most likely culprit in the GOES-16 imagery problem that you reported earlier (we prioritize use of the images from the SSEC feeds as the GRB dishes there are both 7.3m in diameter, so their C/N is much better than ours). ...
