Hi Mary Ellen, re: > We'd like to start downloading MRMS data for the Guam and Hawaii > sectors in anticipation of the new products becoming available in Q2 > 2020. We already receive data through the LDM. Do I need to also request > access from NOAA directly at address@hidden? There is MRMS data in the NGRID feed from NOAAPort. I am not sure that the data for Guam and Hawaii are part of what is sent, but you should check your NOAAPort-derived NGRID feed first to see if you already have what you need. If the MRMS data that you need is not being sent in NOAAPort, then the answer to your question would be use, you would need to contact whatever part of NOAA that is making it available via the LDM to get ALLOWed to REQUEST it.
