[IDD #QRQ-873801]: NEXRAD3 products

I assume that you are referring to either the full NEXRAD
volume scan pieces in the NEXRAD2 feed or the Level 3 products
in the NEXRAD3 feed as there is no NOAAPORT2 feed.

Not as far as we know.  I have been accessing a variety of
real time stats displays for a variety of machines over the
past several days, and I have not experienced any problems
in getting the plots that I selected.
