We're not seeing that kind of latency here (see 
<http://rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/iddstats_nc?NOTHER+oliver.unidata.ucar.edu>)
 except for very few products from SSEC and LSU that our NOAAPort system 
apparently missed.

It is the time of year for Solar Interference.
