Hi Elliott, We see that the latencies being reported by all ou.edu sites dropped to low levels sometime around 5 UTC today, excellent. As far as we know, nothing has been changed here in UCAR, so we are assuming that some change was made at or near OU. Can you tell us what, if anything, was done at OU or at the ISP that you mentioned yesterday? This will help us help others troubleshoot connections in the future.
