Hi Tiziana, The information you included in your email to the Madis folks had the LDM pattern-action file actions that you are using to process the MADIS data. Can you send us your LDM configuration file (~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf) so we can take a look at the REQUEST line(s) you are using? Also, have you looked through your LDM log file to see what errors/warnings related to your MADIS feed REQUEST(s) might be there? Thanks in advance...
