[IDD #TMZ-743033]: Help? Our LDM Miami radar latency is too long

Quite frankly, I don't know.  I believe that 'nice'ing a process will
reduce its CPU usage in relation to other processes, and that may
also reduce its disk I/O, but I can not say for sure.  I think that
I am safe in saying that it couldn't hurt :-)
