[IDD #UHK-970669]: New LDM coming online

"old feeds"?  Can I assume you mean the removal of REQUESTs from the machines
that Gilbert setup (weather, weather2 and weather3)?

OK.  I'll update our IDD site contact list to reflect you as the contact, and
atlas.niu.edu as the machine.  I also removed reference to Gilbert being the
NIU contact and removed the reference to his machines.
