If there is reverse DNS for your machine, and the IP address resolves to a '.gov' address, you will be able to automatically REQUEST the IDS|DDPLUS feed from the top level IDD relay we operate here in UCAR, idd.unidata.ucar.edu, because we maintain a blanket ALLOW for '.gov' machines.
