Hi Shengting, For your LDM to receive data from us, you will need to allow outbound connections in the ephemeral port range (Linux typically 32768 to 61000) from your system through the campus network to port 388 on a source "upstream" LDM, in this case our server idd.unidata.ucar.edu For you to share data with others, you will have to allow inbound connections to port 388 to your system from connections typically in the ephemeral port range from all systems (or a tailored list). mike Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: ZEM-237169 Department: Support IDD Priority: Normal Status: Closed =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
