Hi Shengting,

As Tom pointed out, we don't see an obvious  connection attempt.  Please try 
the 
following.  Please try the same "telnet" and/or "notifyme" to a single cluster 
node "uni14.unidata.ucar.edu" and also note the exact time when the attempt is 
made
and send us the result.  In the event you're behind a proxy gateway or NAT 
device,
it will be much more clear to us.  Thanks,
