The primary intended constituency has always been the U.S. university community that has atmospheric science programs. For non-primary users (meaning those that are not U.S. universities), we have always had a stipulation that them being fed by us has to have some measurable benefit to the Unidata community as a whole. re: > 2. It is continuous, and the volumes of data that are part of the distribution system are _large_ -- currently up to 60 GB/hr for peak hours and growing.
