uni19.unidata.ucar.edu?

We are surprised that the REQUEST is to a specific real-server backend of
our relay cluster. REQUESTs should be made to the director of the cluster,
idd.unidata.ucar.edu.

Yes, the single REQUEST being serviced on uni19.unidata.ucar.edu is for
everything (".*") from the FNMOC datastream.
