[IDD #OQA-104787]: not getting HRRR and NAM 12km data since Feb 23

OK, but it seems that this is not the problem.

I am seeing messages in the LDM log file on hrrr.unidata.ucar.edu
that indicate it is terminating your REQUEST for the FSL2 feed:

The LDM typically does this when there are overlapping REQUESTs from the
same downstream, but this should not be the situation in your case as you
only have one REQUEST to hrrr.unidata.ucar.edu.

I will get together with Steve Emmerson to discuss what we are seeing
in hopes that he can shed light on what is happening and what needs to
be done to correct the situation.
