[IDD #CCF-872549]: Change in the UW relay machine

Hi Harry,

Jeff reminded me that you can REQUEST the GEM data feed from us
(idd.unidata.ucar.edu, iddb.unidata.ucar.edu) directly.  You do
not have to feed directly from CMC.

Does feeding the GEM model output from us fit with your needs?
Or, do prefer/need to feed directly from CMC?
