[IDD #LDE-365303]: Duplicate(?) /pNCRVAX in IDD feed?

Hi Daryl,

re: It seems to me that a time difference of over 1 s indicates that
 duplicate products are being produced at the radar itself and is,
 therefore, not some sort of an artifact of the ingest processing.

Thanks for letting us know that you have filed the different products
and compared them.  This will be important in our report to the NWS.

OK.

Question:

- have you noticed other duplicate products?

  If duplicates are only seen for the NCR products, it might
  be easier for the folks who will/may troubleshoot this.
