[IDD #JUA-118744]: recent data outages -- gwoemul.wiu.edu

Hi Marcus,

Please send me your ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf file.  I want to compare its
REQUEST entries to idd.unidata.ucar.edu to reconcile some log messages
we are seeing on the real-server backend of idd.unidata.ucar.edu that
has been fielding the REQUESTs from your LDM machine, gwoemul.wiu.edu.
